Black History Month competition
Black History Month 2011
Answer two questions.
Remi Kapo author of one the greatest novels of slavery ever written has given OBV a signed copy for you to win for answering two simple questions.
Part of Kapo’s novel covers the third passage: All aspects of life on a slave ship.
Given that the author himself was a seafarer he goes into great detail of a mariners life during the 17th and 18th Century.
Therefore, first question is what is a Astrolobe ?
Second question: Who is your greatest hero/heroine from the Slave trade period, and why?
Remi Kapo will choose the winner, and well send you this signed hard copy.
You can also see the second part of an exclusive interview I had with Remi Kapo by clicking here
Send your answers along with your name, postal address and contact number to info@obv.org.uk with "Book competition" in the subject line.
Deadline for entries is 31st Oct 2011.
